Products
LK VERDANT, reserve the right to change all and/or some of the contents and/or packaging of your order, to provide an equal or greater value without notice. All orders are subject to availability, lk verdant will email you in cases where changes and/or cancellations may occur.
Bouquet contents may be harmful if eaten or cause irritation to the skin. - please contact us via email if you require further information before placing an order.
Flowers are of perishable nature and as such, all fresh flower bouquets require care. Generally, fresh flowers will maintain for 5-7 days subject to the care given. Please refer to the care guide provided with all fresh flower bouquets for further information.
Our products are as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow; and may not be as exactly as pictured and/or may vary seasonally.
We work hard to predict sales and make sure we have the right amount of stock for complimentary gifts and/or promotions. Complimentary gifts and/or promotions are subject to availability and are reserved for orders placed online only. Promotions are strictly 1 use per customer and are valid for customers ordering from the UK.
Prices
LK VERDANT, reserve the right to change the prices shown on the website at any time.
All matters concerning and incidental to any offer and/or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in english and construed and governed according to english law and the english courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.
Any discount(s) offered are applicable to online purchases only and does not include sale items and/or bespoke orders unless otherwise stated.
Further to the above, discount(s) are strictly limited to one per customer.
LK VERDANT, reserve the right to cancel and/or change discount(s) at any time.
In the event that the recipient is not available to take delivery we will aim to deliver to a neighbour. Furthermore, in the event of an unsuccessful delivery, your order may be collected from tour couriers depot. Please refer to details provided on the missed delivery note. Please note deliveries will only be attempted once.
Your order will be shipped out on a next day delivery basis through one of our third-party courier services, however this is not a guaranteed next day service. Please refer to our delivery information.
Please note that your order may arrive a day either side of the estimated delivery date and are therefore not guaranteed. This is made clear when ordering.
LK VERDANT on occasions may dispatch your order a few days ahead of the chosen delivery date to ensure delivery can be made prior to or on the chosen date. However, do note in some instances this may not be possible.

Order & payments
Your order will only be processed if full payment details are given.
Your order will be acknowledged via e-mail confirming your details providing you enter a correct and valid e-mail address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will also be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence. Acceptance of the order will take place on the allocation of the goods to your order.
Payment may be made by any of the following methods: credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna or Clearpay. The payment will be debited when you place your order. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, we will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to contact you and an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled.
