Sleep fragrance is the only home fragrance category with a substantial peer-reviewed evidence base. For sleep onset difficulty, our Wilderness Room Spray offers the format with the strongest published evidence. Spray over bed linen ten minutes before getting into bed, allow the air to settle, and the soft floral oriental will hold through the first hour of sleep.
