Someone may need to be in for delivery (our courier may deliver to a nighbour (or return to depot for collection)

Fresh Flowers - Order required by:
Our expert florists require time to source the best flowers to perfect your order. We do have cut-off times as below:
- 22:00 every Sunday (for a Tuesday delivery)
- 22:00 every Monday (for a Wednesday delivery)
- 22:00 every Tuesday (For a Thursday delivery)
- 22:00 every Wednesday (For a Friday delivery)

Your order will be prioritised by your desired delivery date.

There are some exceptions, we cannot deliver to the postcodes listed below:

International shipping
International shipping is available on our Home Fragrances collections.

Custom charges may apply: You will be liable for all customs/VAT charges upon receipt of your order.
All international orders are shipped via tracked and signed service.
Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following week (except for bank holidays).
LK VERDANT cannot be held liable for any delays or loss of goods caused by the Courier Service whilst goods are in transit as our products do not include transit insurance.
In the unlikely event of missing or lost goods during transit, any refunds or replacements offered is discretionary (excluding shipping costs). By purchasing, you accept LK VERDANT will not be held liable for goods lost in transit and there will be no entitlement for refunds covering losses.

*Royal Mail's Service is not guaranteed for next day delivery. Your order may arrive 1 day after the delivery date (98% arrive on time).
In the event that the recipient is not available to take delivery, we will aim to deliver to a neighbour. Please note deliveries will only be attempted once and to a single location.
UK Flower Delivery
Available on all our flower collections (excluding; plants and dried flowers) from Tuesday to Friday (excludes bank holidays). Your order will be shipped out on a next day delivery basis through our third-party courier services.
Please note that your order may arrive a day either side of the estimated delivery date and are therefore not guaranteed. This is made clear when ordering.
LK VERDANT on occasions may dispatch your order a few days ahead of the chosen delivery date to ensure delivery can be made prior to or on the chosen date. However, do note in some instances this may not be possible.
In the event of a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, as most courier services will not process orders on bank holidays.
If the recipient is not in, a calling card will be left at the delivery address with contact details for the courier to re-arrange delivery or collect at the depot. For the avoidance of doubt, LK VERDANT cannot be deemed responsible for any missed delivery, any compensation is at our discretion. Should the item(s) be returned back to us, an additional delivery may be charged for dispatch.
