The bedroom is the most personal room you'll ever choose a fragrance for, the only space where your nervous system is actively trying to wind down, and the only one where the scent you choose will sit with you for a third of your life. Our bedroom collection is curated specifically for this: lower fragrance concentrations than we use elsewhere in the home, calming notes drawn from sandalwood, rose, jasmine, soft oud and warm vanilla, and formats designed for the bedroom's slower rhythm. Reed diffusers for continuous low-throw scenting through the night. Wax melts for flame-free evening warmth. Candles for the bath-and-book hour before sleep. Pillow mists for direct application to bed linen. Every blend is hand-crafted at our Ribble Valley studio from a working library of premium oils sourced through suppliers we have personally vetted in France, the UK and the Gulf.
What to choose for which bedroom
For a master bedroom, choose a signature fragrance you'll live with for years such as sandalwood, soft oud or rose composition tend to age best. For guest bedrooms, choose neutral hotel-style fragrances such as clean musk, which suit any visitor's taste. For nurseries and children's bedrooms, choose flame-free formats only and the lightest, most subtle compositions in the collection. For romantic bedroom atmosphere, soft jasmine, warm rose absolute and light amber blends perform best. For sleep specifically, lavender remains the most clinically supported fragrance, alongside jasmine and sandalwood. All available across our reed diffuser oils, wax melt and candle formats.
